Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment with Thera Touch & Healing Spa, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from booking. -
Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required to secure your booking. -
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Deposits become non-refundable after 24 hours of booking.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. -
Payment of Balance
The remaining balance for your service will be paid in person at Thera Touch & Healing Spa on the day of your appointment. -
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid losing your deposit. -
